Product Description

The KM203EX is a high-performance vibration transmitter with a high-protection stainless steel housing and terminal block output, designed for measuring 

periodic vibration in various rotating machinery, typically mounted on bearing housings to detect bearing wear and absolute vibration.

The sensor features an integrated construction with shear-mode piezoelectric elements, amplification and integration circuits encapsulated in an internal 

metal housing, which provides electrical and thermal isolation from the external stainless steel housing. This dual-housing design prevents ground loop 

formation to eliminate electrical interference and minimizes the effects of temperature shock and base stress. It employs two-wire loop-powered operation, 

providing a 4–20mA standard signal proportional to vibration amplitude that can be directly connected to PLC, DCS or SCADA systems, providing reliable 

data for equipment predictive maintenance.

The transmitter features a fully sealed structure with IP66 ingress protection, excellent EMI immunity, supports long-distance signal transmission, and offers 

corrosion and salt spray resistance for strong environmental adaptability, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments such as chemical plants, 

offshore platforms and high-salt spray areas.
