Product Description
The KM550 shaft vibration transmitter integrates eddy current signal detection and conditioning functions in a compact design. The transmitter, together
with an eddy current probe and extension cable, forms a complete monitoring system that converts shaft vibration changes into a 4–20mA standard signal
proportional to radial vibration, directly connectable to PLC, DCS or SCADA systems.
The KM550 features a BNC buffered output for raw vibration signal access, ideal for on-site verification, waveform analysis and fault diagnosis. The product
employs two-wire loop-powered operation for simplified wiring, high reliability and stable output, enabling continuous equipment monitoring and early
fault warning to support predictive maintenance.
Ideal for continuous production applications in metallurgy, power generation and petrochemical industries, the transmitter effectively reduces equipment
damage and unplanned downtime risks caused by abnormal shaft vibration, ensuring reliable operation of critical equipment. The system is available in 5m
and 9m standard length configurations.
