Product Description
The KM602 standard vibration shaker is a compact mobile vibration metrology calibration and testing device widely used in machinery, electronics,
aerospace and metrology inspection industries. It enables on-site wide-frequency, high-amplitude calibration of acceleration sensors, velocity sensors and
displacement sensors.
Featuring an integrated hand-held construction, the device serves as a dedicated on-site vibration reference instrument suitable for full-band vibration sensor
calibration and vibration acquisition and detection system verification. It incorporates a high-precision ICP reference accelerometer, and the excitation table is
supported by a high-strength carbon fiber armature elastic structure. Relying on closed-loop control technology, it delivers high-quality vibration calibration in
the 7Hz~10kHz frequency range.
The device integrates three functions: vibration calibration, vibration parameter testing and precise vibration excitation. As a professional metrology instrument,
it accurately calibrates core parameters such as sensitivity and frequency response of various vibration sensors to ensure measurement accuracy of sensing
equipment. It can also simulate various actual vibration conditions to verify the operational stability of tested products, determine equipment vibration resistance
and critical operating values, and output multiple types of standard vibration signals to fully meet various on-site calibration and condition testing requirements.
